Notice Regarding Security Measures for PHP Vulnerabilities

Thank you for using our services.
We would like to inform you that we have completed the necessary security measures on our managed servers in response to the “PHP2Shell” vulnerability in PHP, which was disclosed on October 21, 2026.
As part of this response, we have performed minor PHP updates to address the vulnerability.
Following these updates, we verified that your websites are displaying correctly and that no issues, such as layout distortions, have occurred.

For versions where a fix patch has not yet been released, we are monitoring the situation and will take appropriate action as soon as patches become available.

■ Information for Affected Customers
We have contacted the customers whose PHP environments were updated individually.
If you have not received a separate notification, it means your services (such as email-only accounts or websites that do not use PHP) were not subject to this update, and no further action is required on your part.

■ Verifying Website Functionality
While we have already verified that websites are displaying correctly following the updates, we recommend that you also check your own websites and their various features to ensure everything is functioning as expected.

Should you encounter any issues or notice anything unusual, please contact us.
We remain committed to providing safe and stable services.
