We recently had the opportunity to deliver a special lecture at Mitaka no Mori Gakuen Mitaka Municipal Fifth Elementary School. The theme of the lecture was “Discovering Your Future Path.”
Our CEO, Masatsuna Ogi, took the stage and shared with the students the values he has cherished throughout his life, aiming to inspire the next generation.
In line with the theme requested by the school, the lecture was structured around four key topics, drawing from his experiences as a corporate athlete, the challenges and setbacks he faced, and his journey through entrepreneurship and management.
In particular, the lecture emphasized the importance of:
・Taking initiative and acting proactively
・Seeking out information independently and making decisions based on probability
・Building courage through accumulating small successes
・Maintaining a positive mindset and outlook
He conveyed that “failure is part of the process toward success,” and that “being successful” and “not failing” are entirely different things. He encouraged students to understand that true growth comes through challenges, and that failure is proof of moving forward.
With a heartfelt message, he urged the students to pursue their passions, believe in their potential, and spread their wings to the world.
After the lecture, we were deeply inspired by the students’ attentive and sincere engagement. Their enthusiasm gave us renewed energy, and we remain committed to continuing activities that empower the next generation with the courage to take on new challenges.
