■ Sharing Our Technology and Vision at One of Asia’s Largest Open Innovation Events At Innovative Leaders Summit (ILS2025), one of Asia’s largest open innovation events that opened on December 1, 2025, our President and CEO, Masatsuna Ogi, delivered a pitch presentation on the theme “Resource Circulation of Organic Waste Through Catalytic Low-Temperature Carbonization Technology.” In the presentation, UPCYCLE Technologies Inc., our subsidiary, introduced its organic waste resource-circulation technology as well as the latest efforts toward social implementation of the catalytic low-temperature carbonization system and its future vision, attracting strong interest from many attendees.
■ Progress in Engagement with Companies; Collaboration Discussions Become More Concrete. Following the pitch session, we engaged in extensive networking and information exchange with many attendees, including major corporations and startups. These discussions led to active exchanges of ideas regarding a wide range of potential collaboration opportunities, such as technology adoption, joint pilot projects, and overseas expansion. This presentation also provided an important opportunity to reaffirm the growing expectations for the technology of our subsidiary, UPCYCLE Technologies Inc., and to further strengthen collaboration with industry partners.
■ Accelerating Our Efforts Toward a Circular Society Going forward, our subsidiary, UPCYCLE Technologies Inc., will continue to advance the enhancement and social implementation of resource circulation centered on catalytic low-temperature carbonization technology, and work to expand partnerships that contribute to realizing a circular society and reducing environmental impact.
