At the event, Jian Tat Lee, CEO of our group company PNH Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., participated in a panel discussion on the transition toward green energy.
In addition, PNH Malaysia officially signed an MOU with our partner company Haco Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd., which has been providing spent coffee grounds for our pilot test project under the subsidy program administered by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry: “Subsidies for Global South Future-Oriented Co-Creation in the FY2023 Supplementary Budget.”
The signing of this MOU enables:
- Establishment of a stable supply system for spent coffee grounds within Malaysia
- Strengthening of pilot test data using our catalytic low-temperature carbonization system
- Promotion of the circular economy through the upcycling of food waste
With this agreement, we have secured a significant foundation for accelerating the demonstration project and advancing future business development.
